  The children in 3rd class loved working on creating their own images of a beach scene using paint and oil pastels.   They also created 3D Light House Scenes recently! 

  All the boys and girls in 3rd class have learned all the European Countries and their capitals. They were then given the opportunity to study a country of their choice. They produced some fantastic projects!

            3rd Class have just completed a Maths Trail looking for all the 2D and 3D shapes in the school. They have also learned about symmetry and angles. All the children really enjoyed connecting what they learned to real life and the world around them! 

We have been experimenting with magnets and learning about magnetism in Science this month.
