Plaque of STEM Award

Our school took part in a S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)  project for the past year and was recently awarded an S.F.I.  STEM Plaque for the work done by all classes throughout the year. Our thanks to all pupils and staff, especially Mr. Stapleton who co-ordinated the project. Well done to all concerned! Photos of the children’s work can be seen on the STEM tab on our website.  We were delighted to receive a donation of €500- for STEM equipment from Red Hat I.T. company which will allow us to fund resources in this area of the curriculum. Many thanks to parent Judy Kelly for nominating our school for this generous grant
